Bankruptcy insurance policy by the R+V insurance plc

Bankruptcy insurance policy - be on the safer side!

Each customer receives a bankruptcy insurance policy to protect the paid money.

The bankruptcy insurance policy will be issued by the R+V insurace plc. In the unlikely event of a illiquidity or the opening of insolvency proceedings with reference to corporate property the R+V insurance plc guarantees the customer:
- refund for full travel price if travel service should be canceled and
- refund for expenses necessary for return journey.

Important: According to §651K BGB travel/tour organizer are obligated to deliver bankruptcy insurance policies since 1994. Therefore you should never book at tour operators who do not issue insurance policies! They are acting illegal. Furthermore providers who tell you that they are only travel agents, and they don�t have to issue insurance policies, or say that offering holiday apartments/holiday homes is not obligated to be protected for insolvency, mostly try to escape the obligation to bankruptcy protection. If you have already booked at another tour organiser and you did not receive a insurance policy you have the right to cancel your journey and to get your paid money back immediately.
