Legal basis for suretyship of our Offer

Travel contract
The following listed terms are valid and they regulate the contractual relationship between the agent of the travel service and the booking customer. Registering a journey and sending the booking both customer and the persons he registered accept the conditions binding in its entirety. Accepting the contract of the travel agency, which is acting as mediator, a binding contract between the customer and the travel agency is coming into existence. The automatic acknowledgement of the travel registration via E-Mail is not a booking confirmation. The terms and conditions given below are valid and rule the contractual relationship between the mediator of the travel service and the customer of booking.
Accepting the contract can take place by the following communication lines:

Please contact us if you did not receive your travel documents from us 10 days before start of the journey at latest. In this case we will send you your travel documents immediately. If you do not contact us we will handle this as a cancellation of the contract with costs. To be able to make a booking the customer has to be turned 18.

Payment and Service
Bookings made 50 days before beginning of the journey the deposit amounts 30% of the travel price. The deposit has to be paid immediately after receiving the written booking confirmation. The maturity of the outstanding payment can be seen on the booking confirmation. Payment possibilities:

Payment by PayPal (Credit card)
Payment by bank transfer

Bookings made from 50 days up to 26 days before beginning of the journey can be paid by Credit Card or by bank transfer. Full payment is instantly due.

Bookings made within the last 25 to 5 days before beginning of the journey can only be paid by Credit Card and in full amount.

If the deposit, the outstanding payment or the total amount do not come in on time Services can be denied. Paying the Deposit or the full travel amount the customer will receive a booking confirmation as well as a bankruptcy insurance policy from the R+V insurance AG within 10 days by post. Please note that the remaining travel document will be send only after receipt of the full invoiced amount.

The booking confirmation contains directions, telephone numbers as well as the check in times. Arrival time on arrival day is between 14:00 and 18:00. If you are not able to arrive inside these hours please contact the agency immediately. On the day of departure you have to leave the rental property not later than 10:00.

Travel Cancellation before start
You can cancel your journey before start at any time. The Cancellation must be in writing. Our general claims on cancellation fee for holiday apartments, holiday homes and guest rooms is:

up to 65 days before start 30% of the total travel amount.
from 64 to 48 days before start 45% of the total travel amount.
from 47 till 34 days before start 60% of the total travel amount.
from 33 till 17 days before start 75% of the total travel amount.
from 16 till 5 days before start 95% of the total travel amount.
In case of later cancellation or no show 100% of the total travel amount.

In case of a cancellation additional handling costs of 30,-EUR will be incurred.

Booking changes will be treated as a withdrawal. Within the last 10 days before arrival day no booking changes can be performed. To avoid considerable finacial loss a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Entry requirements and other information
The customer is responsible for the compliance with the requirements to make the travel possible. In particular legal requirements, regulations on entering and leaving the country, health, customs and exchange regulations, as well as Passport and Visa regulations must be taken and regarded. The customer is also responsible for the procurement of travel documents needed. The travel agency assumes no liability for information given to the customer because terms and laws can be changed by local authority. Customers are advised to gather information from responsible institutions and administrative bodies and authoroties.

Privacy
The travel agent will collect personal data from customer and also from fellow travellers if necessary. To arrange the contract for the booking the customer made personal data is required. Personal data is exclusively stored and used for this purpose. Personal data is only transmitted to the relevant organizer of the booked journey.

Final provisions
If any term or condition or part of a term or condition of these General Terms and Conditions (or for any other reason) is not legally valid, this shall not affect the validity of the other terms and conditions and parts thereof. The customer agrees to these provisions by concluding the arrangement contract. Amendments or arrangements which differ from these general terms and conditions must be requested in writing to be valid.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany. Underlying jurisdiction is governed exclusively by German law.
